Launch is day one, not the finish line. We stay on the tools long after: delivery, iteration, reliability, and the unglamorous work of keeping things live and getting better.
After launch
Most products die in operation, not development.
Shipping is the easy part. The graveyard is full of launches nobody kept alive: no one watching the metrics, no one fixing the slow leaks, no one making it better in month six. That is where most teams quietly give up, and where we don't. We stay accountable for the product long after the launch post, because a live product that keeps improving is the only kind that pays back the bet.
